Yanaki Mikev and his partner, Petr Nesterov, certainly fired up the doubles tournament at Sofia Open, an ATP Tour 250.
The Hammer & the Wall, as they are now known, stormed through their first round, and then went agonisingly close to beating the ultimate winners, Escobar & Nedovyesov.
In front of packed and vocal Bulgarian fans, they entertained the crowd with the lethal power of Yanaki, aka the Hammer, complemented by the resilience of Petr, the Wall.
