The philosophy of McNamee Pro Team is holistic work with professional tennis players, as it assists the process of thriving both on and off the court.

For us, holistic work means a combination of mentoring and mental coaching and alignment with a charity/cause.

Alignment with a charity/cause:

Once a player discovers that cause, it is an empowering influence on their holistic journey, giving their life more purpose and meaning, and will help them thrive on the court.

Paul McNamee gained considerable experience through his 38 year journey with his own charity, Kids Tennis Foundation, which introduced tennis to over 100,000 socially disadvantaged children.

For this work, in 1995 Paul McNamee was a recipient of the 1994 ATP Arthur Ashe Humanitarian of the Year award and received the Order of Australia medal.
